What's the MOQ for formal order?
Our MOQ is 10-100 units depends on the machine model. Usually the MOQ is 10 units. But sample order is also acceptable.
What's your payment terms?
We could accept T/T and Paypal or Western Union.... For example, for formal order, you can pay 30% deposit, then rest 70% before shipment by detailed goods pictures or video.
What is the lead time?
Sample order is about 3-7 days, mass production is about 20-40 days according to the exact order quantity.
What Shipping methods are available?
- For sample order or small part order, we could ship by DHL/TNT/UPS etc. express or by air.
- For formal order, we could ship by sea, by train or by truck land shipping ways.
We will give you detailed suggestions according to your order.
Can we put our logo on your products? Is there extra charge for it?
Yes, we accept the OEM order based on the order quantity.

What's your warranty?
Our warranty is 12months limited warranty except the easily worn parts.
Which port do you ship your machines?
We ship from Ningbo or Shanghai port China. For the FOB price, we will cover the local freight charge and the forwarder fee / customs fee in loading port, and all the shipping cost / insurance cost / forwarder cost at destination port / import duty tax ... all will be covered by the buyer (or importer).
